From 2017 to 2021, I designed the core experience for admins & finance teams, helping establish product–market fit as the company grew from seed stage to unicorn. During this time, Pleo expanded from 2 markets to 6 markets across Europe, grew from early traction from 1,500 to 17,000 customers, and scaled to close to €100M in annual recurring revenue.

By talking to admins and finance teams, I learned what they actually needed from Pleo. Working alongside great designers, PMs, engineers, and QA, we built the first versions of Pleo's core features — grounded in real user problems.
